Brett serves as outside general counsel for corporate clients, providing advice on the full spectrum of day-to-day legal issues. He facilitates his clients in the areas of business transactions, including the sale and purchase of corporate equity or assets; corporate formation; business succession planning; litigation/dispute resolution; commercial lending/borrowing; employment issues; as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts.
