David M. Marks was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1982, and the State Bar of Texas in 1983, after completing his preparatory education at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (B.A., 1979) and his legal education at the University of Wisconsin (J.D., 1982). Mr. Marks is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and is a member of the Texas, Wisconsin, Houston and American Bar Associations and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
