About Jan Scott
Mrs. Scott was born in Newark, New Jersey, in 1953. She earned a B.A. from Goucher College and was graduated with honors in 1975. Mrs. Scott earned her M.S. from Texas A & M University in 1979 and received her J.D. from the University of Houston in 1981. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi. Mrs. Scott was admitted to the bar in Texas in 1982. She is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Mrs. Scott is Board Certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization
