As one of the founding partners in the firm, Mr. Shechtman brings decades of legal experience to our clients. Mr. Shechtman currently concentrates his practice in areas such as default servicing, receiverships and business insolvencies, business and commercial law, banking and finance law, and creditors’ rights. Mr. Shechtman is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the U.S. Supreme Court.
