Walt is an adjunct professor at a local college and is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to instruct Principles of Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Promulgated Contract Forms, Law of Contracts, Law of Agency, and continuing education electives. He is licensed to practice law by the Texas Supreme Court, Colorado Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court.
