I am a sub contractor working for prime contractor on a project. This contractor send me typical invitation to bill via procore. The billing period stated is 4/25. They are asking me a progress conditional waiver release up to 4/25. Now our vendor account is Net30 meaning all invoices from the month of April won't be paid till a month later 5/25. This job have previously materials from a previous month. Is correct to send the waiver with the date though of 3/25 which is the previous vendor statement paid? The prime always want to see the waiver with the same date as the billing period. This force us to finance thhe project materials. Is there something I am supposed to do diferrently?
