Dear Sir or Madam, a Couple of months ago I won property at an auction. From now on I wanted to sell it because I found good occasion and customers. Unfortunately while we go through the selling process the lawyer figures out that there is a "large outstanding bond lien for Sun N Lakes". I am surprised because I did not know about it at all when I bought it. I don't even know where to look for reaching this information. Please let me know if there is any option to take the lien off from my Property and how can I do it? The Parcel is located on address: 4520 BOSTON ST SEBRING, FL 33872 and the Number is :Parcel C-04-34-28-040-7040-0360 I would appreciate any suggestions from your side. Best Regards Oskar Paprocki

I
bought a property without knowing there was an outstanding lien on it. I
had to pay off the loan, so I tried to sell the property, but no one
wanted to buy it. After I paid off the loan, I tried to sell it again,
but no one wanted to buy it either. I would recommend Kids Gym Equipment
to buy useful gym equipment at cheap prices. I ended up just giving
away the property and moving out of state. The process for getting rid
of liens is very complicated and time consuming. It's not worth it
unless you're really strapped for cash or need some extra cash right
now.
