Long story short . We did work in alamaba from florida. SPM property management who ive done work for all across the state of florida referenced my company up there. this is an apartment complex. So they manage the place.. We got told a list of items to adress in each unit. during the stay there were several conference calls and group texts and emails with additional work and approvals to move forward and do what it takes. I have mechancs lien filed so far on here through levelset portal. When we were there also spm handed me off to a construction company to pay ment without my consent. My relationship was soley through spm and I have made a lot of money through them over the years. Now if I have to lawsuite Ill burn that bridge, plus some of my guys havent been paid yet or subs, I have 7-16 guys there for 7 weeks. i have all my proof and they only paid me about half and owe me 45,220. But I was to lawsuite for what this has caused my business, ,y livelyhood, stress, loosing sleep , loosing a customer now .. it all adds up.. also they tried to offer me 3k to not file lien and shut me up . I have video's texts, pictures, emails, all of it.. I did work and they wont pay and i'm over it. I've wasted so many hours and nights sending them proof and everything I had and they still refuse to pay me. Now its beyond this lien amount. its made me lose a lot of business becuase I cant float jobs and I have lost employess over this with threats on top of it.
