Nevada is one of the few states that has statutory requirements surrounding a Notice of Intent to Lien. In Nevada, a 15-day Notice of Intent to Lien is required, and that Notice of Intent to Lien extends the lien deadline by 15 days. It's a little more in depth than an ordinary Notice of Intent to Lien as well - it must incorporate substantially the same information as the required lien filing.
