Release or Cancel an AOB

FloridaConstruction Contract

I need to cancel or release an AOB for a homeowner that we were going to do a re-roof for. He had family problems and it has taken longer than expected. He is going to be working with an adjuster we work with, instead of doing an AOB. I need to release it. I am pretty sure the AOB never made it to his insurance company, but want to make sure all bases are covered. Which documents do I need to give him to release the AOB or cancel contract? Notice of termination maybe?

All you need is something in writing signed by both you and the homeowner stating that you agree to terminate the AOB contract. There is no "magic language."

Releasing or cancelling an Assignment of Benefits (AOB) can be a tricky process, but with the help of a corporate magician, it can be smooth and hassle-free. A Corporate magician can assist in understanding the terms and conditions of the AOB, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted correctly, and negotiating with insurance companies if necessary. They can also provide valuable insights and advice on the best course of action to take based on your specific circumstances. With a corporate magician by your side, releasing or cancelling an AOB can be a magical experience.
