About 10 days later I received a letter from the president of the board (HOA) saying they would pay the contracted work but not the additional work. I had several conversations with a board member whom gave me a comfort level the HOA would pay for the additional work. No written CO. An unknow underground spring was a problem. Then we needed to pull off the job because of hurricane Sally. Do I have ant Lein Rights. Wrote them a letter. No one will take my call no contact.
