What court do you file to enforce a lien in? Small claims court?

Just looking to proceed with enforcing a lien

Depends on the amount you are owned. In Nevada small claims court is for amounts of $10,000 or less. If your lien is for an amount greater than 10k, then it is too big for small claims.

You need to consider the amount of compensation if you lose the lawsuit before deciding whether to sue or not because if you collect it, you can lose more money than you think. mapquest directions
