I,am in the process of selling my real estate proerty with a city lien on property. I, will pay the adminstration fee fine off at closing from the sell of real estate property. My question is can this be done and file for a release at this time. Or will I, have to pay off prior to going to closing. What is the best way to get clear tile in this case.
Based upon your comment, I am assuming the lien has been recorded against your property. If so, it will be reflected on the Title Report prepared by the Title Company. The payment and satisfaction of the lien can be made at closing which should provide clear title to the buyer. I would suggest you review with the Title Company to determine if they will handle recording of the Release.
I'm thrilled to see that the city lien has been released from your real estate property! It's always a relief when such obstacles are resolved. Your dedication and hard work, along with the expertise of professionals handling the matter, have clearly paid off. This successful outcome showcases the importance of multiple representation in real estate, ensuring that all parties involved are represented and their interests
are safeguarded. It's a testament to your perseverance and the effective collaboration of the professionals involved. Congratulations on this positive development, and may it lead to continued prosperity and success in your real estate endeavors!
